Notice - Warm-Up Ice has been Canceled

Due to the work being performed on the rink refrigeration system, the RIT rink will not reopen until the week of 6/30.

Warm-up ice this year is Canceled. (June 23rd, 24th, & 26th...NO ice on these days) Skating will start full swing on Monday, June 30th.

Week of August 25th: it is possible we can skate this week if there is enough interest. Please email me if you are interested in skating this week. (jfbrunett@aol.com)

Summer Ice Institute

Summer Ice has been a tradition of the GFSC since the formation of the club in 1954. Our objective is to offer programs that will support the skate. That will take them as far as they want to go.

We offer figure skaters an opportunity to focus on their goals. Summer Ice provides uninterrupted time. Off Ice will give the skater that touch of artistry, an opportunity to get in shape to gain that competitive advantage. Summer Ice will get you ready for the coming season. Whether you plan on doing that jump or spin you always wanted to do, be competitive at club events or pass the test for the the next level, summer ice is the place to be....and of course, if you goal is to compete at the U.S. National Figure Skating Competition... Summer Ice helps you get ready.
